Regulamin

These terms of service apply to all bookings made through Trislavica ("we", "us"). By completing a booking you agree to be bound by these terms.

Booking and payment

All bookings are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. Confirmation is sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout.

Prices and VAT

All prices shown are final gross prices and include any tax due. Tour services are invoiced under the special VAT margin scheme for travel agents (Polish VAT Act, art. 119 / EU Directive 2006/112/EC, art. 306-310), so invoices for these services do not show a separate VAT amount and do not entitle the buyer to deduct input VAT.

Meeting point

Guests must arrive 10 minutes before departure at the address stated on the product page. Late arrivals may forfeit their booking.

Liability

Trislavica is not responsible for personal belongings, delays caused by force majeure, or third-party services outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.
