  • Less than 24 hours: 50% refund.
  • No-show / late arrival: no refund.
  • Cancellation by Trislavica (weather, safety): full refund or free rescheduling.

To cancel, contact us on WhatsApp. Refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
